We are excited to welcome you to Tampa September 12-13, 2025 for Mooney Summit X!
Our Airport Day will be held at Peter O. Knight Airport (KTPF) on Friday, September 12th, followed by Safety Day held at the Conference Center at Tampa Int’l Airport (KTPA) on September 13th and concluding with our traditional Banquet and Silent Auction at American Social downtown Tampa.
We invite you to plan to fly into Peter O. Knight Airport (KTPF) for the event. Atlas Aviation will be our host, generously offering special discounts for the Mooney Summit participants.
ABOUT
The mission of the Summit is to elevate safety, “Better the Breed” and to raise funds for the Bill Gilliland Foundation that supports downed Mooney pilots and their families. Our team has put together an insightful, safety-rich program and we have secured great venues for our conference and events!
REGISTRATION
Registration is now open! The early registration rate is $149.00 (including a non-pilot guest) and is available through August 15th, after which it goes up to $199.00. This fee benefits the Bill Gilliland Foundation and helps offset expenses not covered by sponsors. The registration for you and a non-pilot guest includes the majority of meals (lunch and BBQ dinner on Friday as well as breakfast, lunch and banquet dinner on Saturday).

Ideally, plan to arrive Thursday, September 11th and depart Sunday, September 15th to get the most this event has to offer.
The Summit will begin at noon, on September 12th with Airport Day at Peter O. Knight Airport (TPF) where we will showcase our exhibitors and will have an exciting and engaging format with a number of activities and seminars. We will end the day with a delicious BBQ.
Safety Day will be held at the newly built state of the art event space at the Tampa International Airport (TPA) on Saturday, September 13th. We will have a number of industry leading safety speakers and Mooney experts. We will conclude the day with the Evening Banquet at American Social on the river downtown, where we will hold a silent auction and prize drawings.
HOTELS
Westin Tampa Waterside is our headquarters hotel, it is a short ride to both TPF and TPA and is connected to the American Social where our Banquet is taking place. Rooms are also being held at the Tampa Airport Marriott, which is convenient to those flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA) commercial and is just steps away from the conference space in the terminal.
